RelProMax Antitrust, Inc.

RelProMax Antitrust is a consulting firm which specializes in implementing the relative profit maximizing (RPM) method of incentives for preventing collusion.

The RPM method prevents collusion between business firms, by altering the way business managers are compensated. This incentive scheme causes a business manager to want to maximize the "relative profits" of his firm--the profits of his business relative to the profits of competing businesses. When RPM incentives are instituted between two or more firms in an industry, this creates a "zero-sum game" between them, which eliminates the industry's incentive to collude.
